(iv) This notice amends the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice
1973* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”) as
varied by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1973, Amend-
ment No. 1†, by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1973,
Amendment No. 2†, by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice
1973, Amendment No. 3§, and by the Milk Delivery Allow-
ances Notice 1973, Amendment No. 4||.
2. The principal notice is hereby further varied by replacing
the Schedule thereto with the following.

Revision of District Valuation Rolls
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Valuation of Land Act 1951,
the Valuer-General determines that the district valuation
rolls for the districts named in the following Schedule shall
be revised as at the dates shown.

PURSUANT to clause 20 of the Schedule to the Otago Rasp-
berry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given
that, only two persons having been duly nominated in the
Northern Ward for election to the office of Producers’
Representative on the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee,
I do declare
Charles Victor Nye and
Henry Walker
being the persons so nominated, to be duly elected as Pro-
ducers’ Representatives in respect of the Northern Ward.

Committee in Southern Ward (Notice No. 1163 Ag. 60766)
PURSUANT to clause 20 of the Schedule to the Otago Rasp-
berry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that,
only two persons having been duly nominated in the Southern
Ward for election to the office of Producers’ Representative
on the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, I do declare
James Thomas Breen and
Kenneth Edward McArthur
being the persons so nominated, to be duly elected as Pro-
ducers’ Representatives in respect of the Southern Ward.

Amendment to Fiordland National Park Bylaws
PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution
has been passed by the Fiordland National Park Board,
resolving that Bylaw No. 9 of the bylaws made in respect
of the park be revoked, and that a new bylaw be made
as set out in the Schedule hereto; and such resolution has
been approved by the National Parks Authority.
It is therefore declared that the said bylaws have been
amended accordingly.
SCHEDULE
- AIRCRAFT
EXCEPT in accordance with written permission previously
obtained from the board—
(a) No person whether a pilot or passenger shall make
use of any part of the park whether land or water
for the purpose of the landing or alighting thereon
or flying therefrom on any aircraft (including aero-
planes, helicopters, gliders, hang gliders, balloons);
(b) No person shall land in the park by parachute;
(c) No person within the park shall use or operate or
attempt to use or operate a hang glider.
This bylaw shall not apply at public licenced aerodromes
or Government civil aerodromes in the park or in cases
of emergency.
Further, no person, operator, or pilot in command of an
aircraft of any description shall make use of any part of
the park whether land or water for the purpose of setting
down, picking up, or recovery from within the park of any
person, livestock, carcass, or article of any description except
in accordance with the written permission of the board
previously obtained.
