Magistrate’s Court, Warkworth
PURSUANT to rule 10 (3) of the Magistrate’s Court Rules 1948, the Minister of Justice has approved the appointment of the Registrar of the Magistrate’s Court at North Shore to be also the Registrar of the Magistrate’s Court at Warkworth.
Pursuant to rule 11 (2) of the Magistrate’s Court Rules 1948, the Minister of Justice has approved that the hours of attendance at the Magistrate’s Court at Warkworth be from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on each Tuesday and Friday from and including Tuesday, 1 July 1975.

Permit Under Traffic Regulations 1956 for Left-hand Drive Vehicle
ACTING under a power delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport and pursuant to paragraph (c) of subclause (2) of regulation 44 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, I hereby exempt the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto from the provisions of subclause (1) of the said regulation to the effect that notwithstanding that the vehicle has a steering column to the left of the longitudinal centre line of its body provided it is fitted with an approved direction indicator and stop indicator it may be operated in New Zealand.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and as a place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the peoples of Ngati Marukukere and of the Rangiuru District generally.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1161 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which Potato Cyst Nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 5.4 perches, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Winters Road and running through to adjoin Cranford Street, Marshlands, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 16400, part Rural Sections 312 and 313, C.T. 9A/383, Canterbury Registry.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Wellington Harbour Board—Thorndon Container Terminal
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the Wellington Harbour Board’s proposal to reclaim land and develop the Thorndon Container Terminal. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington North, until Friday, 25 July 1975.
Copies of the report may be purchased from the Wellington Harbour Board, P.O. Box 893, Wellington, at a cost of $3.00, or seen at the public libraries at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Dunedin, or at the libraries of the seven university institutions.
