Land Proclaimed as Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui.

All that piece of land containing 2.6430 hectares situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, and being part Crown land and part closed road; as shown marked “A” on plan S.O. 49874 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
