PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in, the Wanganui Harbour Board.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikato and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 19th day of June 1975; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Second Schedule to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day of June 1975.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 1223 and subject to K3204 certificate under section 227 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 relating to a common drain passing through and serving the within land, in connection with street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 19th day of June 1975.
