The Cream Delivery Allowances Notice 1975
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Cream Delivery
    Allowances Notice 1975.
    (ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June
  2. (iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister
    of Agriculture and Fisheries.

  3. In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—
    "The Act" means the Milk Act 1967:
    "Cream" has the same meaning as in the Food and Drug
    Regulations 1973:
    "Shop dairy" means any shop where cream is sold for
    consumption or use off the premises, and where the
    cream so sold is sold in the form in which it was
    received into the shop:
    "Standard rates" means the standard rates of margins
    and allowances payable in respect of the delivery of
    cream specified in the Schedule hereto.
  4. This notice applies to all cream sold anywhere in New
    Zealand after the coming into force of this notice.
  5. The standard rates specified in the Schedule hereto are
    hereby fixed, with effect from and including the 1st day
    of June 1975.

The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1973, Amendment No. 4
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery Allow-
    ances Notice 1973, Amendment No. 4.
    (ii) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
    June 1975.
    (iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister
    of Agriculture and Fisheries.
    (iv) This notice amends the Milk Delivery Allowances
    Notice 1973* (hereinafter referred to as "the principal notice")
    as varied by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1973,
    Amendment No. 1†, by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice
    1973, Amendment No. 2‡, and by the Milk Delivery Allow-
    ances Notice 1973 Amendment No. 3§.
  2. The principal notice is hereby further varied by replacing
    the Schedule thereto with the following.

Life Insurance Act 1908—Proposed Release of Deposit
A.A. Mutual Insurance Company has given notice to the
Public Trustee that it has not carried on the business of
life insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to with-
draw the deposit which has been made by it with the Public
Trustee, pursuant to section 12 of the Life Insurance Act, 1908.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to sec-
tion 12 (2) of the above-mentioned Act, that he proposes
to release to the company on or after the 30th day of
June 1975, the amount deposited with him by the company.
Any objections to the release of the amount deposited
should be lodged with the Public Trustee at the Public
Trust Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before
the 16th day of June 1975.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment
Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New
Zealand standard specification is being circulated:
Number and Title of Specification
DZ 6403 Vehicle wiring cables with copper conductors. Metric
units.
All persons who may be affected by this specification and
who may desire to comment thereon may, upon application,
obtain a copy on loan from the Standards Association of New
Zealand, World Trade Center, 15–23 Sturdee Street (or
Private Bag), Wellington. Additional copies are obtainable
at 50c a copy from the same address.
The closing date for the receipt of comment is 31 July
1975.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by
the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of
the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified
in that Schedule.
