Declaring Land Taken for the Pakuranga Motorway in the Borough of Mount Wellington and the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Pakuranga Motorway from and after the 29th day of May 1975.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Cambridge Survey District, Piako County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest as to the areas of 10.4 perches and 3.6 perches thereof, in James Spiers Paterson the younger, farmer, and Margaret Janet Paterson, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 255279, South Auckland Land Registry; and as to the area of 4.3 perches thereof, in Richard John Howard, farmer.
