Declaring Land Purchased for a Government Work (Railway
Purposes) at Springfield and Not Now Required for That
Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948 as from the 2nd day of June 1975.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes (Johnsonville
Branch) at Raroa

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes
on and after the 2nd day of June 1975.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Incorporated
in an adjoining Crown Lease in Block XII, Greenvale Survey
District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Tuapeke and also hereby pro-
claims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated
in Crown lease R.L.F. 1103, recorded in register book,
Volume 3A, folio 625, Otago Land Registry, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by John Nelson Brenssell, of Moa Flat,
sheepfarmer, and Winifred Ada Gladys Brenssell, his wife,
subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 387694, 314392, and
314393, Otago Land Registry, and subject also to Statutory
land charge No. 338275, Otago Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Greenvale
Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked S.O. 17365 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods and 1.6 perches
situated in Block XII, Greenvale Survey District, and adjoin-
ing or passing through Sections 6 and 8; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 17365 lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin and thereon
coloured green.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XCII, Clutha Survey District,
Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Clutha; also hereby pro-
claims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the
said section 29; and declares that the road first described
in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land
described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall
vest in Albert George Henry Liggett, of Balclutha, farmer,
subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section
59 of the Land Act 1948 and mortgages 172298, 247374,
340780, and 408059, Otago Land Registry; the road secondly
and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when so
closed, shall vest in The Larches Farm Limited, subject to
mortgage 355761, Otago Land Registry.

Chief Surveyor at Dunedin and thereon coloured orange,
edged orange.
