Notice of Bombing, Gunnery, and Rocketry Areas
It is hereby notified that bombing, gunnery, and rocketry
practice will take place from time to time in the area known
as the Hauraki Gulf Bombing Area (D10), and that bombing
and gunnery practice will take place from time to time in

the area known as Aha-aha Rock Bombing Range (D36),
being the areas described in the Schedule hereunder. Notice
giving warning of dates, time, and danger area upper height
limits will be issued by NOTAM and Notices to Mariners.
The notice published in Gazette, No. 81, 29 August 1974,
p. 1799, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

  1. D10: That area enclosed by a line commencing at a
    point 36° 28′ S, 174° 57′ E; thence to a point 36° 28′ S,
    175° 18′ E; thence to a point 36° 40′ S, 175° 18′ E; thence
    to a point 36° 40′ S, 174° 57′ E; and thence to the commencing
    point.
  2. D36: The position of Aha-aha Rock is 36° 41′ 33″ S,
    175° 01′ 33″ E and the danger area is within a circle centred
    on the rock of 600 yards radius.

Change of Address of Hospital Board Clinic Specified as
Place at Which Narcotics May be Prescribed, Administered,
or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent
on Narcotics

  1. Pursuant to regulation 25A (6) (b) of the Narcotics
    Regulations 1966, the Minister of Health hereby specifies the
    Hospital-Board Clinic named in the Schedule hereto as a place
    at which narcotics may be prescribed, administered, or supplied
    for the purpose of treating persons dependent on narcotics.
  2. The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 70,
    of 18 July 1974, at page 1475, and relating to the North
    Canterbury Hospital Board Clinic situated at 100 Chester
    Street, Christchurch, is hereby revoked.

Approval of Qualified Persons for the Purposes of Section 402
of the Companies Act 1955

PURSUANT to section 402 of the Companies Act 1955, I hereby
approve George Hill Mackisack and Brian Vernon Cotton,
partners in the firm of Messrs Deloitte, Haskins and Sells,
chartered accountants, 15–19 Bent Street, Sydney, and members
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia to be
qualified persons for the purposes of that section in respect
of the accounts of Harding and Halden Pty Ltd.
The approval of Geoffrey William Kelleher and Robert
Allan Lamond as qualified persons in respect of the accounts
