Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1975, No. 18.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice Declaring Land to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1122 Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following land is also declared to be an infected area:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 6 acres 1 rood 21 perches, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 47A on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as No. 875, part of Rural Section 6386, C.T. 176/146 (Canterbury Registry).

This notice should be read together with notice No. 1062 dated 12 March 1975*.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1121 Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3(1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 7 acres and 3 roods, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Sections 1604 and 1681, and being more particularly described in conveyance registered No. 106805 (169/42), C.T. 396/166 (Canterbury Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 2 acres 1 rood 4 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 20542, part of Rural Section 1681, C.T. 812/93 (Canterbury Registry).
