The Traffic (Eketahuna County) Notice No. 2, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962 the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Eketahuna
   County) Notice No. 2, 1975.
2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
   purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for
   the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.
4. The Traffic (Eketahuna County) Notice No. 1, 1975,
   dated the 13th day of February 1975† under section 52 of the
   Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regula-
   tions 1956*, which relates to all those roads within the
   boundaries of Eketahuna community is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Eketahuna County at Eketahuna:

All those roads within the boundaries of Eketahuna Com-
munity (which community was constituted pursuant to the
Local Government Commission Act 1967, by order dated the
25th day of November 1974, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, on the 19th day of December 1974 on
page 2976) excepting:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
from a point 120 metres measured northerly generally along
the said highway from Alfredton Road to the southern bound-
ary of Eketahuna Community, and from the northern bound-
ary of Eketahuna Community to a point 20 metres measured
north-easterly generally along the said highway from Macara
Street; and
Cullen Street; and
High Street: from Cullen Street to Simpson Street; and
Septimus Street: from High Street to the western boundary
of Eketahuna Community; and
Stanley Street: from Cullen Street to Simpson Street.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Eketahuna County at Eketahuna:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne):
from a point 20 metres measured north-easterly generally
along the said highway from Macara Street to a point 660
metres measured north-easterly generally along the said high-
way from Macara Street.

The Traffic (Tokoroa Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tokoroa Borough)
   Notice No. 1, 1975.
2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by
   section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas
   for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regula-
   tions 1956*.
4. The Traffic (Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1974,
   dated the 2nd day of May 1974† under section 52 of the
   Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regula-
   tions 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Matamata
   County at Tokoroa is hereby revoked.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
Campbell Road.
Dumfries Road.
Lochmaben Road.
Maraetai Road: from Elizabeth Drive to the western

Stream to the southern boundary of Tokoroa Borough.
