PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of road, containing 736 square metres, situated
in Block XV, Hundalee Survey District, bounded by State
Highway No. 1 on the west and the Pacific Ocean on the
east; as shown on plan S.O. 5293 lodged in the office of
the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.
