Declaring Land Taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway
in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway from and after
the 8th day of May 1975.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 16.3 perches situated in
the City of Dunedin, being Lot 2, D.P. 3511, and being
also part of Section 8, Block VI, Town District. All certificate
of title, Volume 224, folio 196.

the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the

for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
to be set apart for an automatic telephone exchange from

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin and also proclaims
that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Noel Dell
Schofield, of Waiau Pa, farmer, and June Elsie Schofield,
his wife, as tenants-in-common as to an undivided one-half
share, inter se, and Colin Aikman Southey, of Pukekohe,
farm instructor, and Margaret Jean Southey, his wife, as to
an undivided one-half share, inter se, as tenants-in-common
in the said shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 135930.3, North Auckland Land Registry.
