A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1975.

ALL that piece of land containing 1183 square metres, being part Section 27, Block V, Lindhurst Hundred; as shown marked ‘A’ on plan S.O. 8769 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

(1) This order may be cited as the Consent for the Otorohanga Pest Destruction Board to Deposit Money with the Otorohanga County Council Order 1975.(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.2. The Otorohanga Pest Destruction Board is hereby authorised to deposit the sum of $11,000 with interest at 4½ percentum per annum with the Otorohanga County Council.P. G. Freer Presiding in CouncilPursuant to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council, dated the 27th day of August 1958 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 August 1958, No. 53, at page 1135, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 241024, declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
