Declaring Land in Marlborough Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

SECTION 8, Block V, Orieri Survey District: area, 2.0234 hectares, more or less (S.O. 167).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of April 1975.

Land Taken for State Forest in Malvern County

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May 1975.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 20 acres situated in Blocks VI and VII, Kowai Survey District, being Rural Section 22396. All certificate of title No. 130/14, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of April 1975.
