PURSUANT to section 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Forest View High School Board of Governors Notice 1975.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1975.

2. The Board of Governors of Forest View High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the South Auckland Education Board.

(b) Eight members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school.

(c) Two members co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.

3. The Tokoroa High School Board shall cease to control Forest View High School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.
