Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967 in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District, Borough of Kapiti

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the 17th day of April 1975.
