Declaring Land Taken for Library Purposes in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for library purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after the 17th day of April 1975.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Mining Easement, for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the mining easement created by conveyance No. 247386 (R. 254/707), South Auckland Land Registry, for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 17th day of April 1975; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land, for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of April 1975, subject to the said mining easement.
