Authorisation of the World Trade Fair Wellington 1975
Pursuant to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of
Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires—
   "The Act" means the Exhibitions Act 1910;
   "The promoter" means the Wellington Show Association
   Inc.
   "The exhibition" means a public exhibition of works of
   industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at
   the Wellington Show Buildings from the 20th day
   of August 1975 to the 6th day of September 1975
   (both days inclusive), and to be known as the World
   Trade Fair Wellington 1975.
2. The exhibition is hereby authorised and declared to be
   an exhibition within the meaning of the Act.
3. Subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule hereto,
   the following provisions are hereby suspended in so far as
   they relate to work done or business conducted or services
   rendered in the said premises during the period of the
