CORRIGENDUM
In the Schedule to the notice published in Gazette, 13 March
1975, No. 21, p. 501, of the cancellation of the vesting in
the Oxford County Council and revocation of the reservations over reserves, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, for “1.841 hectares” read “1.8741 hectares” which last mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Minister of Lands.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration dated the 16th day of December 1974 published in Gazette, 9 January 1975, No. 1, page 7, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Masterton pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the words “together with the subject to the rights of way created and” in the fifth line, read “together with and subject to the rights of way created and” which last mentioned words appear in the original Declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration dated the 29th day of October 1974, published in Gazette, 14 November 1974, No. 112, at page 2593, declaring land taken for the Victoria University of Wellington in the City of Wellington, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the words “Westland Land District” read “Wellington Land District”, which last mentioned words appear in the original Declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 20th day of December 1957 and published in the Gazette of 9 January 1958, No. 2, at page 10, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in the City of Napier, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

2 0 11 Part Town Section 664, Napier, D.P. 1066; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 26 Part Lot 7, D.P. 6634, part Suburban Section 100, Napier; coloured orange on plan.
As shown on plan P.W.D. 155135 (S.O. 2216) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 1st day of April 1975.
