PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 6) 1975.
   (b) This notice is effective from 11 October 1974.

2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Taieri County) Notice No. 1 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This may be cited as the Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Taieri County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purpose of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
4. The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
5. The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Taieri County) Notice dated the 25th day of July 1967† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 which relates to Factory Road situated within Mosgiel Borough, and Centre Street situated within Taieri County adjacent to Mosgiel Borough is hereby revoked.
6. The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 2, 1972, dated the 18th day of October 1972‡ under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations which relates to No. 1 State Highway situated within Taieri County at East Taieri is hereby revoked.
