Special Order
The Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all the powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to raise the sum of twenty three million ($23,000,000) as a special loan to be known as Drainage Loan No. 81, 1973, Part 2, $23,000,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the extending of the Manukau Sewage Purification Works.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 17 February 1975 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 17 March 1975 having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 22 February and 8 March 1975.
The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was on the 23rd day of January 1975 presented to the said Court by the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday the 16th day of April 1975 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
