PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikouaiti County) Notice No. 2, 1975.
- The notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 dated the 20th day of December 1937, which relates to roads situated within Waikouaiti County is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Papakura Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Papakura Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975.
- The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The Traffic (Papakura Borough, Manukau City and Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated the 11th day of August 1971+ under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Papakura Borough and Manukau City is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Papakura Borough and Manukau City:
Boundary Road: from a point 400 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Orahake Road to Hunua Road.
Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 480 metres measured easterly generally along Clevedon Road from the said boundary.
Croskery Road.
Dominion Road.
Hunua Road: from a point 420 metres measured southerly generally along Hunua Road from Settlement Road to the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough.
Red Hill Road: from Gibbs Crescent to Settlement Road.
Settlement Road: from Dominion Road to Red Hill Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Papakura Borough and Manukau City: Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura Borough to a point 480 metres measured easterly generally along Clevedon Road from the said boundary.

Amendments to Rules of Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation Society
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that he has approved rule 8 of the Society's rules being revoked and the following rule 8 enacted in substitution therefor:
COUNCIL
8.(1) The society shall be governed by a council of members of a number as hereinafter provided one of whom shall be elected president and two as vice presidents in accordance with subclause 3 of this rule. These members shall be elected from and by the general membership and shall not be eligible for election unless they have their permanent and principal or only place of residence within the district.
(2) At all times, except while an unfilled vacancy exists, half of the members of the council shall have their permanent and principal or only place of residence in that portion of the district south of the middle of the Waitaki River (herein referred to as "the Southern Area") and the other half shall have their permanent and principal or only place of residence north of the middle of such river (herein referred to as "the Northern Area").
(3) The council shall hold a meeting as soon as convenient after the holding of the annual general meeting to elect from among its number a president, a senior vice president, and a junior vice president. The president and vice presidents shall, so long as they continue to be members of the society, hold office for a term of 1 year. They shall be eligible for re-election subject to their term of office as councillors not having expired, or if that term of office has expired, subject to their re-election as councillors by ballot of the
