Cancellation of the Vesting in the Strathallan County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chair-
man, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Strathallan and revokes the reservation for plantation pur-
poses over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CanTERBURY LAND DISTRICT-STATHALLAN COUNTY
RESERVE 1837 situated in Block X, Geraldine Survey District:
area, 2.0360 hectares, more or less (2.0234 hectares by
Canterbury Provincial Gazette, 1875, p. 269), S.O. Plan 3317.

Additional Members of the Central King Country Pest Destruction Board (No. 1076 Ag. 20891A)

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction
Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby
publishes the following resolution passed by the Central King
Country Pest Destruction Board on the 17th day of July
1974.

RESOLUTION
THAT the number of elective members of the Central King
Country Pest Destruction Board be increased to nine.

The Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1975

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rotorua County)
   Notice No. 1, 1975.
2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
   purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be 40-miles-and-hour speed limit areas
   for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.
4. The Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated
   the 2nd day of May 1974† under section 52 of the Transport
   Act 1962 and regulation 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*, which relates to roads situated within Rotorua
   County and adjacent to Rotorua City is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rotorua County at Hannah's Bay, Holden's
Bay, Lynmore, and Owhata:
All roads within that area bounded by a line commencing
at point on the south-eastern side of No. 30 State Highway
(Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri) at its intersection with
the north-eastern side of Tarawera Road; thence north-easterly
generally along the said side of the said highway to the north-
eastern side of Coulter Road; thence south-easterly generally
along the said side of Coulter Road to its southern end;
thence southerly generally by a right line to a point on the
north-eastern side of Tarawera Road 180 metres measured
south-easterly generally along the said roadside from High-
field Place; thence north-westerly generally along the north-
eastern side of Tarawera Road to the commencing point.
All roads within that area bounded by a line commencing
at a point on the south-western side of No. 30 State Highway
(Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri) at its intersection with
the southern end of Sunrise Avenue; thence along the south-
western side of Sunrise Avenue to its north-western end;
thence northerly generally by a right line to the western
end of Holden Avenue; thence due north by a right line
to the foreshore of Lake Rotorua; thence north-easterly
generally along the foreshore of the said lake to a point
due west of the north-eastern end of Willow Avenue; thence
due east by a right line across the eastern end of Willow
Avenue to the western side of No. 30 State Highway (Te
Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri); thence southerly and
south-westerly generally along the said side of the said high-
way to Sunrise Avenue to the commencing point.

Situated within Rotorua County at Ngapuna:
Allen Mills Road.
Hakopa Road.
Hona Road.
Hurunga Avenue.
Hinnes Tartan Place.
Marino Road.
Moks Road.
Moses Road.
Vaughan Road: from No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti-
Whakatane via Atiamuri) to a point 800 metres measured
north-easterly generally along the said road from the said
highway.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rotorua County adjacent to Rotorua City:
No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri);
from the eastern boundary of Rotorua City to a point
80 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said
highway from Alfred Road.
Situated within Rotorua County at Lynmore:
Tarawera Road; from No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti -
Whakatane via Atiamuri) to a point 180 metres measured
south-easterly generally along the said road from Highfield
Place.
