CORRIGENDUM
In the notice headed “The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 3, 1974” published in Gazette, 19 December 1974, No. 122, p. 2992, for “southerly” at the beginning of the ninth line of the Second Schedule read “northerly”, which last-mentioned word appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Transport.

The notice was re-published in its correct form in Gazette, 5 February 1975, No. 7, p. 188.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1975.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1975.

All that piece of land containing 14.0730 hectares situated in Block II, Pakiri Survey District, being part Allotment N43 of the Parish of Arai; as shown on Plan M.O.W. 27968 (S.O. 48719) deposited in the office of the Minister of the Works and Development at Wellington and therein marked “A”.
