Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1056 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 8 acres 3 roods 6 perches, or thereabouts, situated north and of adjoining Mairehau Road, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 1778 and being more particularly described in conveyance registered No. 121712 (195/221), C.T. 392/99 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 5 acres and 37 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Mairehau Road, Christchurch, in Block VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 1778, C.T. 626/171 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) An area of 20 acres and 29 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising part of Rural Section 1778 and being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 4330, C.T. 297/135 (Canterbury Registry).

(iii) An area of 9 acres 1 rood 19.1 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and with access to Lake Terrace Road, Christchurch, in Block VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 4 of Deposited Plan No. 21727, part of Rural Section 1131, C.T. 1C/200 (Canterbury Registry).

(iv) An area of 9 acres and 3 roods, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Kellys Road, Christchurch, in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District and being the last part of Rural Section 1071, C.T. 166/117 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 9 acres 2 roods 31.7 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Blocks VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 18785, part of Rural Section 1778 C.T. 1B/12 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) All that leasehold land situated north-east of Fuller Street and adjoining the main north railway at Kaiapoi, being 3456 square metres in lease 46029, as shown on Plan L.O. 21277, and 4700 square metres in lease 46028, as shown on Plan L.O. 14147, lodged at the office of the New Zealand Railways Department, Wellington.

(i) An area of 1.0091 hectares, or thereabouts, situated south of and adjoining Prestons Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 47 on Deposited Plan 875, C.T. 2F/865 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 10 acres 3 roods 24 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII situated west of the Christchurch Survey District, being parts of Lots 54 and 56 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 875, parts of Rural Sections 6386, 6440, and 6440X, C.T. 320/75 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 38 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 29 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, No. 722, part of Rural Sections 6440 and 6440X, C.T. 224/137 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 5 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining Radcliffe Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, and being part of Lot 16 on the plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office as plan 699 showing the subdivision of part of Rural Section 278, C.T. 147/108 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are also declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 26 acres, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Radcliffe Road, Christchurch, in the Christchurch Survey District, being the lot marked 20 on the plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as plan 699 and parts of Rural Sections marked 282 and 283, C.T. 91/174 (Canterbury Registry).

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 2 acres, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 14025, part of Rural Section 1472, C.T. 514/279 (Canterbury Registry).
