Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1045 Ag. 61422)

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 10 acres 1 rood 19 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lots 9, 10, and 11, on Deposited Plan No. 875, part of Rural Sections 7670 and 7670X, C.T. 819/51 (Canterbury Registry).

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 18 acres 2 roods 39.5 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Hills Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 8 on Deposited Plan 921, part Rural Sections 1426, 2804, and 6386, C.T. 10A/1177 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—an area of 2 acres and 0.5 perches, or thereabouts, situated in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 28093, part Rural Section 1426, C.T. 10A/1176 (Canterbury Registry).

Pursuant to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 27 acres 3 roods 15 perches, or thereabouts, situated north-west of and adjoining Hills Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 2177 and part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 6781, part of Rural Section 1118, C.T. 4B/1441 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—an area of 6 acres and 35 perches, or thereabouts, situated north of and adjoining Reeves Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, comprising part of Rural Section 1778 and being Lot 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 4541, C.T. 303/196 (Canterbury Registry).

(i) An area of 19 acres 2 roods 29 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII and VIII of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Rural Section 1604 and being more particularly described in conveyance registered No. 120877 (194/101), C.T. 396/167 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 8 acres 2 roods 26 perches, or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Marshland Road, Christchurch, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District and being Lots 12 and 13 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as plan 875, part Rural Section 7670 and 7670X, C.T. 149/55 (Canterbury Registry).
