Amending a Notice Declaring a Proposed Irrigation District, Defining its Boundaries and Notifying the Charges Payable

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of February 1975 published in Gazette, 20 February 1975, No. 15, at page 325, declaring a proposed irrigation district, defining its boundaries and notifying the charges payable, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments by deleting the third line of paragraph No. (2) and substituting the following line "per 1000 cubic metres received from gravity supply points".
