In Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1975, No. 4, published in the Gazette, 27 February 1975, No. 18, page 386, for “4583 hectares” read “4583 m2” which last mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Secretary for Maori and Island Affairs.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1975.

SCHEDULE

Gisborne Land District

All that piece of land containing 1 rood and 1 perch situated in the Gisborne R.D., and being Section 19, Block XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District. All certificate of title No. 96/124, Gisborne Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of March 1975.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of March 1975.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District, described as follows:

Area Being

301 Part Lot 2, D.P. 4423; marked C on plan.

280 Part Section 77; marked D on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 30176 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.
