✨ Land Acquisition Notices
Act 1954, propose under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling them in that behalf to take the lands described in the Schedules hereto for the purposes of a public work, namely a public road or street. Notice is hereby given that plans of the lands proposed to be taken have been deposited at the offices of the Horowhenua County Council, Bath Street, Levin, and at the offices of the Otaki Borough Council, at Main Street, Otaki, they being numbered survey office plans No. 27542, 27870, and 30414 respectively, being at such offices open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours. The land shown coloured blue on plan No. 27870 is situated in the Otaki Borough and the remaining lands shown on that plan and on the other plans referred to are situated in the Horowhenua County. All are located immediately to the east of the junction of Rangiuru Road and Old Coach Road along the boundary between the Horowhenua County and the Otaki Borough. Any person directly affected by such taking is hereby required to state if he has any objection thereto and to set forth in writing such objection which he may wish to make not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and to send such written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington. Notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid in accordance with the provisions of section 22 (1) (d) of the Public Works Act 1928, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector requires otherwise and each objector will be notified of the time and place of that hearing.

0 1 18.2 Situated in Block VIII of the Waitohu Survey District, being part of Waiariki 3A, currently forming part of and used as Rangiuru Road.
0 1 22.7 Situated in Block VIII of the Waitohu Survey District, being part Waiariki 3A, currently forming part of and used as Rangiuru Road.
The two parcels of land first mentioned are situated in the Horowhenua County and the third parcel of land is situated in the Otaki Borough. All parcels of land are those shown on survey office plan No. 27870 and are located immediately to the east of the junction of Old Coach Road and Rangiuru Road and form part of the land presently known as Rangiuru Road running in an easterly direction from that junction.

156 Situated in Block VIII of the Waitohu Survey District, and being part of Takapu No. 3 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 29A, folio 245 (Wellington Registry), currently forming part of the land used as Rangiuru Road and being situated in the Horowhenua County.
The above two mentioned parcels of land are shown on survey office plan No. 30414 being thereon marked "A" and "B" respectively. They are located immediately to the east of the junction of Rangiuru Road and Old Coach Road.

0 0 13 Situated in Block VIII of the Waitohu Survey District, and being part of Takapu No. 3 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 29A, folio 245 (Wellington Registry).
The land is shown coloured yellow on survey office plan No. 27542 and is situated to the east of the junction of Old Coach Road and Rangiuru Road forming part of the land presently used as Rangiuru Road.

FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
Section 22, Public Works Act 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that a plan showing those lands known as Liddell Street, Ravensworth Place, and Watson Street in the Borough of Foxton is open for inspection at the Foxton Borough Council Chambers, Main Street, Foxton. It is proposed that the said lands shall be proclaimed as roads or streets. Every person affected by this proposal may set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said lands and should send such written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Foxton Borough Council, P.O. Box 182, Foxton. If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of any such hearing.

WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for refuse disposal the land described in the Schedule here to, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said council at Commerce Street, Whakatane, and is there open for inspection; all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any objections to taking the said land not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, state their objection in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, so as to reach him within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of the same will be held and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.
