1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims

of the County of Eltham.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road, Land Drain-
age, and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of Drainage
Works in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declara-
tion dated the 12th day of December 1973 and published in
Gazette 24 January 1974, No. 3 at page 118, taking land for
road, land drainage and the use, convenience or enjoyment
of drainage works in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, Waite-
mata County (now Rodney County), by deleting the Third
Schedule and substituting the following Third Schedule.

1975 Open Season for Game in the Wellington Acclimatisation
District

FIRST SCHEDULE

DAILY GAME POSSESSION LIMIT

EXCEPT where all game is labelled with the following details:

(a) The name and address of the person by whom the game
was taken;
(b) The number of the licence to hunt or kill game held
by the person by whom the game was taken; and
(c) The date on which the game was taken.

No person shall have in his possession on any one day
game in excess of the following numbers:

Saturday, 8 February 1975: A number of game correspond-
ing to the number specified in this notification as the
daily bag limit.
Sunday, 9 February 1975: Twice the number of game
specified for Saturday, 8 February 1975.
Every subsequent day: As for Saturday, 8 February 1975.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Wellington Acclimatisation District
Reference to Description: Gazette No 70, of 5 November
1964, at page 2013.

Game That May be Hunted or Killed: Grey and mallard
duck.
Duration of Season: 8 February 1975 to 23 February 1975.
Daily Bag Limits: Grey duck, 15; mallard duck, 15; grey
and mallard duck, 15 in all.
Shooting Hours: 5.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. to
9.30 p.m.

Special conditions

1. A licence issued pursuant to this notification shall only
   entitle the holder thereof to hunt or kill game over crops
   other than grass.

2. No person shall hunt or kill game over any water or
   within 100 metres of the margin of any water whether
   natural or artificially formed.
