Notice of Approval by the Price Tribunal of Increases in Charge-out Rates for Specified Services
UPON reading the report of the Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry, dated 13 February 1975, whereby the Department requests the Tribunal to exercise its discretionary power pursuant to regulation 2 of the Price Freeze Regulations (No. 6) 1973 to grant a general approval of increases in charge-out rates (as approved by this Tribunal in its decision dated 25 July 1974*) to permit the recovery by certain trades of the January 1975 wage adjustment and such trades subject to the New Zealand (with exceptions) Building and Related Industries Tradesmen and other Workers Award of the admissible portion of a recent award increase, the Tribunal resolves:
- To grant approval to service traders subject to the Price Freeze Regulations (No. 6) 1973 to increase charge-out rates (as approved by this Tribunal in its decision dated 25 July 1974*) by either the amount appropriate to recover the actual cost increases arising from the 4 percent General Wage
