Declaration That Part of the Murupara Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve, and Vesting in the Murupara Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Land hereby declares that that part of the Murupara Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes, to a reserve for plantation purposes, and vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Murupara, in trust for that purpose.

Declaration That Part of the Kaikoura Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of Purpose of the Reserve and Appointment of the Kaikoura County Council to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Kaikoura Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purposes of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for historic purposes subject to Part V of the said Act and appoints the Kaikoura County Council to control and manage the said reserve for historic purposes and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Takahanga Historic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Gisborne City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land shall vest in the Gisborne City Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by the Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That Land Shall Vest in the Inangahua County Council in Fee Simple and Specifying the Manner of Disposal of Part

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that portion of the said land as decided upon shall vest in the Inangahua County Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the area is paid by the Council into its reserves account, and further, declares that the balance of the said land may be disposed of by the Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, both amounts to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation reserves.
