Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Kaipara Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto which road shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease F—37 recorded in register book, Volume 1047, folio 172, North Auckland Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Gibson Alexander Burns, of South Head, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 389288, North Auckland Land Registry, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto which road shall, when so closed, vest in Henning Hovmand, of Swanson, farmer, and Birtha Hovmand, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage 546266, North Auckland Land Registry.

Cancellation of the Vesting in Murupara Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Murupara and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for off-street parking described in the Schedule hereto.
