No person shall drive or take or permit to be driven
or taken any vehicle upon or over No. 6 State Highway
(Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) in the
county town of Frankton, Lake County, from the junction
of No. 6 State Highways westerly for a distance of 1100
metres during the period from 23 December 1975 to 29
February 1976, at a speed in excess of 50 km/h. -
Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw
is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
$100.
This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a
meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington
on the 10th day of December 1975.

The Motor Launch (Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island) Notice
1975
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give
the following notice:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Port
Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island) Notice 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force for a
term of 1 year. -
Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule
hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations
1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described
in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Rarohara Bay, Port Fitzroy, Great
Barrier Island, situated in Block II, Fitzroy Survey District,
bounded by lines commencing at the point 36° 09' 53.4" South
175° 21' 42.6" East; thence south-westerly, bearing 211° 28'
true distance 1800 ft; thence south-easterly, bearing 121° 28'
true distance 150 ft; thence north-easterly, bearing 31° 28' true
distance 1800 ft; thence north-westerly bearing 301° 28' true
distance 150 ft to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE access lane shall be marked as follows:
-
Two 2.5 m transit posts with a distance of not less
than 3 m or more than 6 m between and painted with 300 mm
bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land
in line with the limiting line defined in the First Schedule
as bearing 301° 28' true distance 150 ft, the first post being
sited on high-water mark. -
Two 2.5 m transit posts with a distance of not less than
3 m or more than 6 m between and painted with 300 mm
bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land in
line with the limiting line as defined in the First Schedule
as bearing 31° 28' true distance 1800 ft, the first post being
sited at high-water mark. -
On each side of the transit posts sited on high-water
mark there shall be a noticeboard measuring not less than
800 mm × 600 mm painted bright orange with black lettering
in the following form:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
access lane through which vessels may pass
at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
MOORING OF VESSELS AND BATHING
PROHIBITED."

A set of four marker buoys shall be moored at equi-
distant points along that limiting line described in the First
Schedule as bearing 211° 28' true distance 1800 ft, the first
buoy being located at the point 36° 09' 53.4" South 175° 21'
42.6" East and the fourth buoy being located distance 1800 ft
bearing 211° 28' true from that point. -
A set of four marker buoys shall be moored at equi-
distant points along that limiting line described in the First
Schedule as bearing 31° 28' true distance 1800 ft, the first
buoy being located at the point 36° 09' 54.1" South 175°
21' 44.1" East and the fourth buoy being located distant
1800 ft bearing 211° 28' true from that point.

Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme Under
Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee, as trustee
of the will of Amelia Bullock-Webster, deceased, has filed
in the Office of the Supreme Court at Christchurch an application
for approval of a scheme in variation of the charitable
trusts set out in the will of the said deceased concerning a
trust fund directed to be known as "The Robert and Elizabeth
Watson and Amelia Bullock-Webster Fund", and in substitution
for the regulations for the administration of that
trust fund approved by the Supreme Court on the 28th day
of August 1936 (as subsequently varied by five later orders).
The scheme will authorise first the payment out of the
income of the trust fund of a sum not exceeding one-tenth
of the income to the New Zealand Anglican Church Pension
Board for the provision of welfare payments for Clergy-
men or Retired Clergymen of the Anglican Diocese of Christ-
church. Secondly, the payment of the rest of the income
from that fund to the said New Zealand Anglican Church
Pension Board for the provision of pensions in accordance
with the rules of the New Zealand Anglican Church Pension
Board. Thirdly, investment of the trust fund in trustee securities
or in land.
Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-
General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the
Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Christchurch
and at the Public Trust Office at Christchurch and Wellington.
The date proposed for the hearing of the application is the
13th day of February 1976.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required
to give written notice of his intention to the Registrar of
the Supreme Court at Christchurch and to the Public Trustee,
Wellington, and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear
days before that date.

Community Arts Council as a Community Arts Council
Pursuant to section 32(i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts
Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation
of the Southern Regional Arts Council and on the application
of the Southland Region Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth
II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the
Southland Community Arts Council for the following duly
defined area:
The Counties of Wallace and Southland, together with all
towns, boroughs and cities surrounded thereby and adjacent
thereto.
