Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board—Rangitaiki River Hydro-Electric Investigation
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board's proposed Aniwhenua Hydro-Electric Scheme on the Rangitaiki River. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12–042, Wellington North, until Friday, 6 February 1976.
Copies of the report may be purchased from Tonkin and Taylor, P.O. Box 5271, Auckland 1, at a cost of $4.00. Copies can be seen at the public libraries at Whakatane, Murupara, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin or at the libraries of the seven university institutions.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Remarkables Ski Field
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the proposal to develop a ski field in the Rastus Burn Basin, the Remarkables, Queenstown. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project, as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office of the Commission, P.O. Box 12–042, Wellington North, until Monday, 9 February 1976.
Copies of the report may be purchased from the offices of the Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company Ltd., in Auckland (P.O. Box 3653, Auckland), Wellington (P.O. Box 3193), Christchurch (Private Bag, Christchurch), Timaru (P.O. Box 226, Timaru), and Queenstown (P.O. Box 33) and from the offices of the Commissioner of Crown Lands in Dunedin and Invercargill at a cost of $1.50.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 28 November 1975 made an order authorising a variation of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as Anchor Inn Hotel, Mount Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui:
Opening 8 a.m., Monday to Saturday (inclusive).
Closing 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday (inclusive).

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) at Frankton
Pursuant to the National Roads Act 1953 and the Transport Act 1962, the National Roads Board makes the following bylaw.
BYLAW

This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1975, No. 5.

This bylaw shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

In this bylaw “vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in the Transport Act 1962.
