Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board—Rangitaiki River Hydro-Electric Investigation

THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it has received an environmental impact report on the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board's proposed Aniwhenua Hydro-Electric Scheme on the Rangitaiki River. Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) at Frankton

Pursuant to the National Roads Act 1953 and the Transport Act 1962, the National Roads Board makes the following bylaw.

BYLAW

1. This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1975, No. 5.

2. This bylaw shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

3. In this bylaw “vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in the Transport Act 1962.
