Portions of a Public Reserve Set Apart for a Limited Access
Road in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 18th day of December 1975.

South Auckland Land District
All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Rotoiti Survey
District, described as follows:

Being
0 0 14.4 Part Whakapoungakau 1B3J Block; coloured sepia
on plan.
0 0 21.8 Part Whakapoungakau 2D4D Block; coloured blue
on plan.
As shown on plan M.O.W. 20028 (S.O. 39790) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at
Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of December 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act 1948.

described as follows:

in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at
Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
