Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae site for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of Akerama.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District, and described as follows:
Area ha Being
0.80937 The land known as Ruapekapeka 4B1B1 as created by a partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 29 August 1951.

Notice Redefining the Persons or Class of Persons for Whose Use or Benefit a Maori Reservation was Set Apart
WHEREAS by notice dated 26 June 1969, published in Gazette, 3 July 1969, No. 39, p. 1225, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground, and sports ground, for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of New Zealand generally:
And whereas it is proposed to redefine the persons or class of persons for whose use and benefit the Maori reservation was set apart:
Now therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) (d) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, notice is hereby given as follows.
NOTICE
THE persons or class of persons for whose use and benefit the Maori reservation constituted by notice dated 26 June 1969, published in Gazette, 3 July 1969, No. 39, p. 1225, and described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby redefined as being the people of Ngati Hinekura and Ngati Pikiao, and the Maori people of New Zealand generally.
