WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK V, IKITARA SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR ESPLANADE RESERVE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wanganui County Council proposes, under the Public Works Act 1928, to take for esplanade reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to provide part of the Putiki County Town Riverbank Reserve. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of Armstrong Barton & Co., Solicitors, 44 Drews Avenue, Wanganui, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing. The first publication of this notice was on 4 December 1975.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE COMMERCE ACT 1975 WITH RESPECT TO INDIVIDUAL RESALE PRICE MAINTENANCE ARRANGEMENTS AND TO COLLECTIVE PRICING ARRANGEMENTS
- The Commerce Commission, constituted under the Commerce Act 1975, wishes to give notice to all persons, companies, and trade associations, who are or propose to become parties to either:
(a) An individual resale price maintenance arrangement or
(b) A collective pricing arrangement
of the requirements imposed under the Commerce Act as more particularly prescribed in sections 23, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of that Act which relate to such arrangements.

In particular, the Commission wishes to apprise parties to any such individual resale price maintenance arrangements that it may be necessary to lodge, before the 1st day of February 1976, an application for approval with the Commission or a notification with the Examiner of Commercial Practices, as the case may require.

All such parties are urged to obtain a copy of the Act immediately from their nearest branch of the Government Bookshop and to consult their advisers as they deem necessary.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of EBBETT WAIKATO GROUP LTD. a public company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at 204-208 Anglesea Street, Hamilton:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 3rd day of November 1975 confirming the special resolution of the company of the 16th day of September 1975 authorising the company to distribute to holders from time to time of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company the sum of $480,000.00 standing to the credit of the share premium account of the company as at the 31st day of July 1974 subject to the directors transferring to a capital replacement fund prior to making any such distribution an amount equal to the amount to be distributed, such capital replacement fund not to be available for the payment of dividends nor without the approval of the Supreme Court for distribution to shareholders but may be applied in paying up unissued shares of the company as fully paid bonus shares, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 26th day of November 1975.

NOTICE is hereby given that OWEN JAMES DAVIES, of Upper Moutere, unemployed labourer, was on 27 November 1975 adjudged bankrupt, and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at the Courthouse, Nelson, on the 11th day of December 1975, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
All proofs of debt must be filed with me as soon as possible after the date of adjudication and if possible before the first meeting of creditors.
