Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes
in Block XII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay
County and Declared to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby:
(a) proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation
and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke's
Bay Catchment Board as from the 4th day of December 1975;
and
(b) further declares the land described in the said
Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 22.4 perches (566 square
metres) situated in Block XII, Heretaunga Survey District,
and being part Block 4, Pakowhai Maori Reserve; as shown
on plan S.O. 6322 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Napier and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of November 1975.

Pests of Local Importance Declared in Various Pest Destruction
Districts (No. 1294 Ag. 6/13/2/6)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of
November 1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER
'1. (1) This order may be cited as the Pests of Local Importance Order 1975.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after
its notification in the Gazette.
- (1) The opossum is hereby declared a pest of local importance in the Mid-Southland Pest Destruction District.
(2) The hare is hereby declared a pest of local importance
in the Bay of Islands County Pest Destruction District.

Constitution of the Rodney Hydatids Control District

At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of
November 1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Rodney Hydatids Control District Order 1975.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after
the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The areas comprising the Counties of Rodney and Great
Barrier Island, the Town District of Warkworth, and the
Borough of Helensville as from time to time constituted are
hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control
district to be called the Rodney Hydatids Control District. -
The Rodney County Council is hereby appointed the
hydatids control authority for the Rodney Hydatids Control
District.
