Cancellation of the Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea and revokes the reservation for a roadman's cottage over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 11 June 1975 and published in Gazette, 19 June 1975, No. 51, p. 1349, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Addition to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for lighthouse purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares that the said reserve shall be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Agricultural Training Council Notice 1975
PURSUANT to section 15A of the Vocational Training Council Act 1968, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Agricultural Training Council Notice 1975.
2. There shall be an industrial training board for the agricultural industry which shall be known as the Agricultural Training Council and shall comprise the following members:
   (a) Three members appointed by the Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Inc.), one of whom shall be Chairman;
   (b) Two members appointed by the New Zealand Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs (Inc.);
   (c) One member appointed by the Agricultural Production Council;
   (d) One member appointed by the Principal of Lincoln College;
   (e) One member appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of Massey University;
   (f) One member appointed by the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries;
   (g) One member appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Vocational Training Council;
   (h) One member appointed by the Director-General of Education;
   (i) One member appointed by the New Zealand Farm Workers Association (Inc.).
3. (1) Subject to the provisions of this clause, the members of the Council shall hold office for a period of 3 years, but may from time to time be reappointed.
   (2) If any member dies or resigns his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Council or the Chairman or the Secretary thereof, or is absent without leave from three consecutive meetings of the Council, or while holding office becomes for any reason ineligible to remain a member, the casual vacancy so created shall be filled as soon as practicable thereafter by the appointment of a member in the manner in which the vacating member was appointed, and the member appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the residue of the term of office of the member whom he replaces.
   (3) Unless he sooner vacates his office every appointed member of the Council shall continue in office until his successor comes into office.
   (4) The powers of the Council shall not be affected by any vacancy in the membership thereof.
4. (1) A deputy member may be appointed in the same manner as an appointed member, to be the deputy of that member and act in the event of the absence of that member from any meeting or meetings of the Council.
   (2) While any person is acting pursuant to subclause (1) of this clause he shall be deemed to be a full member of the Council. The fact that any person so acts shall be sufficient evidence of his authority to do so.
5. The Agricultural Training Council Notice 1974 is hereby revoked.
