A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for proper use and development and the provision of amenities in accordance with the Operative District Planning Scheme of the Borough of Masterton, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Masterton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Foxton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of November 1975.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Blocks XI and XV, Tauranga Survey District, in the City of Tauranga to be Street, and in the County of Tauranga, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby (a) declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be street, and to be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga, and (b) further declare the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga, the said land, described in the First and Second Schedules hereto being comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders made on the 8th day of May 1916 and the 21st day of October 1969.
