Enlargement of Hamilton Regional Planning Authority

WHEREAS by Gazette notice of 9 November 1972, approval
was granted for resolutions of the councils whose names
are set out in the First Schedule hereto (being councils
having jurisdiction over adjacent districts) to unite for the
purpose of preparing a regional planning scheme for the
area within their several jurisdictions: Now, therefore, pursuant to section 7 of the Town and Country Planning Act
1953, notice is hereby given that approval has been given to
the resolutions of the councils whose names are set out in
the Second Schedule hereto resolving that the councils' districts be added to the districts of the councils listed in
the First Schedule hereto for the purpose of having a regional
planning scheme for the whole of the district defined in
the Third Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taupo Borough Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taupo, and revokes
the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation
purposes described in the Schedule hereto.
