Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Hastings

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hastings from and after the 13th day of November 1975.

Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed in Waimate County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimate; and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block IV, Maungatautari Survey District, Matamata County, and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Matamata County Council
