Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 314330.12 and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 314330.13, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for an institution established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, from and after the 13th day of November 1975.
