Appointment of Transport Licensing Authority

Pursuant to section 93 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints

Frederick Herman Kennedy Moore of Balclutha, as Transport Licensing Authority for the No. 10 and 11 Transport Districts for a term commencing on the 1st day of February 1976 and ending on the 31st day of January 1981.

Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block II, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County
