ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block IX, Kerikeri Survey District, being the intersection of a right line from the southernmost extremity of Wharengare No. 1 Block with the northernmost corner of Old Land Claim 431 in Block XIII, Kerikeri Survey District, with the southern boundary of Purerua Riding, hereinbefore described, and proceeding south-westerly along that right line to the northernmost corner of Old Land Claim 431, aforementioned; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of Old Land Claim 431 to the northernmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 51237; thence south-westerly, westerly, and southerly generally along the generally north-western, northern, and western boundaries of that Lot 5 to its southernmost corner, thence south-westerly generally along the western boundary of Section 57, Block XII, Kerikeri Survey District, the north-western boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 51237, the northernmost boundary of Section 58, Block XII aforesaid, and the north-western and western boundaries of Lot 4; thence westerly along that boundary to its northernmost corner; thence south-westerly generally along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 57564, Section 30, Block XII aforesaid, Sections 1 and 2, Block III, Kawakawa Survey District, the end of the intervening public road, and continuing along the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 25368, and along a right line across Section 9, Block III, aforesaid, to and along the generally eastern boundary of Lots 4, 2, 3, and 5, D.P. 28650, and the intervening public roads to and down the middle of the Waikaramu Stream and its production to and up the middle of the Waitangi River to its intersection with the middle of State Highway No. 10 in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District; thence northerly generally along the middle of State Highway No. 10 to and easterly along the boundary of the Purerua Riding hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, in Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waitangi River in line with the eastern boundary of Tupou-Waihatupu Block in Block II, Kawakawa Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the southern boundary of Kerikeri Riding as hereinbefore described, to and easterly along the southern boundary of Purerua Riding as hereinbefore described and southerly generally along the western boundary of Russell Riding as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1962, page 988, to the junction of the middle of the Kawakawa River with the middle of the Karetu River in Block IX, Russell Survey District; thence westerly generally up the middle of the Kawakawa River to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 148, Kawakawa Parish; thence northerly along a right line across the Newmarket-Opua Railway to and along the eastern boundaries of the said Allotment 148, and Allotment 147, to and northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 182, Kawakawa Parish, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to and along the middle of the Kawakawa-Opua Road and the public road forming the generally northern boundaries of Section 6, Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, and Allotments 1, 4, 5, and 6, the northern and eastern boundaries of Allotment 7, and the northern boundaries of Allotments 10 and 11, to a point in line with the western boundary of the said Allotment 11, all the aforesaid allotments being of Kawakawa Parish; thence south-westerly generally along a right line to
