of Auckland, as Transport Licensing Authority for the No. 3 and 4 Transport Districts for a term commencing on the lst day of October 1974 and ending on the 31st day of October 1974.

Whereas the Second South Pacific Labour Ministers' Conference is to be held in Auckland from 26 to 28 November 1974;
And whereas this conference will be attended by the Government of New Zealand and representatives of the governments of other states and territories;
And whereas it appears that doubts may arise as to the privileges and immunities which may be enjoyed by representatives and members of their official staffs attending the said conference;
