(1) This order may be cited as the Pests of Local Importance Order 1974.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
(1) The opossum is hereby declared a pest of local importance in the Agricultural Pest Destruction Districts specified in the First Schedule hereto.
(2) The hare is hereby declared a pest of local importance in the Agricultural Pest Destruction Districts specified in the Second Schedule hereto.
(3) The rook is hereby declared a pest of local importance in the Agricultural Pest Destruction Districts specified in the Third Schedule hereto.
(4) The wallaby is declared a pest of local importance in the Agricultural Pest Destruction Districts specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto.
