NOTICE CONFIRMING INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Auckland City Council hereby confirms its intention, subject to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, of executing a certain public work, namely, resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area proclaimed under Part II, Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, and for the purposes of such work to take the fee simple estate in the lands described in the Schedule hereto. The Council notified its intention to take the said land by public notice in the New Zealand Gazette, Number 89, dated 27 September 1973, pages 1866 and 1867. This notice of confirmation is given pursuant to the provisions of section 22, subsection 5, Public Works Act 1928.
SCHEDULE
Firstly, all that piece of land containing 12.8 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 55 of a subdivision of part of Allotment 15 of Section 46 of the Town of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 751, folio 27, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, being situated at and known as 24-26 Hayden Street, Auckland.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing 12.8 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 56 in a subdivision of portion of Allotments 14 and 15 of Section 46, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 751, folio 23, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, being situated at and known as 22 Hayden Street, Auckland.
Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 13.5 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 58 of a subdivision of Allotments 13 and 14 of Section 46 of the Town of Auckland and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 598, folio 262, North Auckland Land Registry, situated at 18 Hayden Street, Auckland, limited as to parcels.
Fourthly, all that piece of land containing 11.5 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 33 of a subdivision of Allotment 15 of Section 46 of the City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 751, folio 31, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, situated at 33 Hayden Street, Auckland.
Fifthly, all that piece of land containing 23 perches, more or less, being Lots 8 and 9 of subdivision of Allotments 17 and 18 of Section 46 of the Town of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 750, folio 198, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels, situated at 32 Wellington Street, Auckland.
Sixthly, all that piece of land containing 9.7 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 146 of a subdivision of part of Allotment 18 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 582, folio 277, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels and situated at 12 Spring Street, Auckland.
Seventhly, all that piece of land containing 11.6 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 158 of a subdivision of Allotment 18 of Section 8 of the Suburbs
of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 575, folio 235, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels and situated at 7 Runnell Street, Auckland.
Eighthly, all that piece of land containing 8.9 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 153 of a subdivision of part of Allotment 18 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 582, folio 157, North Auckland Land Registry, limited as to parcels and situated at 14 England Street, Auckland.
Ninthly, all that piece of land containing 1 rood and 17 perches, more or less, being Allotment 19 of Section 51, City of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, number 2D/541, North Auckland Land Registry, and situated at 9-21A Ponsonby Road, and 1 Hepburn Street, Auckland.

TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Taumarunui County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of roads and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the lands required to be taken are deposited at the public office of the said council situated in Manuaute Street, Taumarunui, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary business hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said lands, if they have any objections (which are not objections as to the amount of payment of compensation) which they may wish to make to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
