NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme
Court of New Plymouth, dated the 23rd day of August
1974, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named
company from $40,000 to $1,000 and the minute approved
by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the
company as altered, the several particulars required by the
above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of
Companies on the 17th day of September 1974. The said
Minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the Ridd Company Limited is $1,000 divided
into 500 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having been
reduced from $40,000 divided into 20,000 ordinary shares
of $2 each fully paid".

certify that by registration of this certificate we do hereby form and
constitute a special partnership under the provisions of Part II of
